1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vip99 ("vip99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vip99 platform, including all casino categories, sports betting markets, payment features and informational content made available at https://vip99.casa.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a vip99 Account, a User must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

2. Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the User's country of residence.

5. Provide accurate, current and complete registration information, and promptly update that information when it changes.

vip99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend an existing Account if there is reasonable evidence that an eligibility requirement has not been or can no longer be met.

4. Registration and KYC

Users must complete the vip99 registration process by providing a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password. All registration fields must be completed accurately. vip99 accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from false or incomplete registration information.

4.2 Identity Verification

vip99 may require KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request; when cumulative deposits exceed internally defined thresholds; when account activity presents indicators of unusual pattern; or when required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.3 Account Security

The registered Account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any activity conducted under a vip99 Account is deemed to have been authorised by the registered holder unless a timely and substantiated report of unauthorised access is made to the vip99 support team. Users should enable any two-factor or secondary security features made available on the Platform.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Methods

vip99 accepts deposits via Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), credit and debit cards, and USDT TRC20 where displayed. Method availability may vary subject to provider maintenance, regional conditions or account verification status.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered vip99 Account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• vip99 does not impose a deposit fee, though the User's payment provider may apply its own service charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed once processed. Users are advised to verify amounts carefully before confirming any transaction.

5.3 Funds Ownership

Deposited Funds remain the property of the User until applied to a Wager. vip99 holds User Funds in a capacity of custodian for the purpose of facilitating gameplay and does not use User Funds for operational expenses. Users do not earn interest on Platform Funds.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the appropriate section of the vip99 Platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent eligible deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with standard anti-money-laundering controls.

6.2 Processing Times

vip99 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, subject to KYC completion, provider availability and review requirements:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following internal approval
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5–15 minutes following internal approval
• Bank wire / direct transfer: typically 15–60 minutes following internal approval

These timeframes are estimates only. vip99 does not guarantee processing within the stated windows. Delays may occur due to incomplete KYC documentation, pending security reviews, incorrect account details, payment provider maintenance or other factors outside vip99's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC documentation must be approved before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Bonus subject to an outstanding wagering requirement must be completed or forfeited before the associated Funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per request are displayed at the time of each request.
• vip99 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification or security review.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

vip99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free spins, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit values, wagering multiplier requirements and expiry periods, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonus credit and any winnings derived from Bonus credit are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

8. Betting Conduct

All Wagers on vip99 must be placed in good faith by the registered Account holder for personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Placing Wagers with the benefit of information known to constitute insider knowledge or a corrupt arrangement relating to the outcome of an event.
• Collusion with other players or arrangement of match-fixing or event manipulation in any sport, esport or competition offered on the Platform.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, AI decision tools or algorithmic systems to place Wagers without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting pricing or software errors in a manner that vip99 determines was not an intended feature of the Platform.
• Placing offsetting Wagers across multiple accounts or with other operators to guarantee a return irrespective of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

vip99 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in breach of this clause, to suspend the relevant Account and to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property comprised within or made available through the vip99 Platform, including the vip99 brand name, logo, design elements, written content, game graphics and software interfaces, is owned by or licensed to vip99. No User is granted any right, title or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content, except as explicitly permitted in writing by vip99.

The vip99 brand name and domain https://vip99.casa may not be used in any form of advertising, affiliate representation, social media impersonation or search-engine campaign without prior written approval from vip99.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip99 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of Funds arising from a User's own error, including incorrect payment details, duplicate transactions or voluntary loss during gameplay.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, internet instability or circumstances beyond vip99's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Decisions made by a User based on information presented on the Platform where that information is subject to change without notice, including odds, processing times, game RTP values and promotion availability.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, vip99's total liability to any User in connection with a specific claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

vip99 is committed to responsible adult entertainment. Gambling must be treated as leisure and must never be considered a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulty. vip99 makes the following tools available to support responsible use:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited into a vip99 Account.
• Loss limits: thresholds that prevent further betting once a defined loss amount has been reached within a chosen period.
• Session time reminders: notifications that alert the User when a session has exceeded a self-defined duration.
• Cooling-off periods: temporary suspensions of account access, typically available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: permanent or long-term account closure available upon request via the vip99 support team.

All responsible gambling tool requests will be actioned promptly. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a minimum cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

vip99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent, forged or inconsistent with registration information.
• Suspicious activity, money-laundering indicators or links to prohibited payment sources are identified.
• A User is found to be below the minimum eligible age of 21.
• A User's account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve months or more, in which case the vip99 dormant account policy shall apply.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any associated Funds will be frozen for the duration of that investigation. Verified Funds belonging to a User whose Account is permanently closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the User via an approved payment route subject to completed KYC.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with principles of general commercial law applicable to online entertainment agreements. vip99 and any User agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules as designated by vip99, which shall determine the seat, language and applicable procedural rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents a User from seeking urgent injunctive relief or enforcement of an arbitral award before a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vip99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, vip99 will endeavour to publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date above. However, continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, whether or not specific notice of the amendment was received.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of their Account in accordance with Clause 12.
